杭州作林机械密封有限公司总经理杨作林(原杭州水泵总厂机械密封分厂厂长)，从事机械密封的研制开发工作已有三十余年，有着十分丰富的设计制造经验及较高的质量管理水平，为我国的潜水电泵机械密封水平上一个台阶作出了一定的成绩。
为提高潜水电泵的产品质量，延长机械密封的使用寿命，切实维护广大用户的利益，促进产品的更新换代，推陈出新。我公司技术开发部在原有产品的基础上，通过技术更新、研制出配套于潜水电泵的UU403型国家专利系列产品，以适用于不同地区，不同工况，不同地下水位的电泵，其上端静环、动环分别选用不同的材质配对组合。即Ⅰ型：氧化铝与超硬合金；Ⅱ型：金属陶瓷与超硬合金；Ⅲ型：金属陶瓷与碳化硅；Ⅳ型：硬质合金与硬质合金并且采用美国著名的“道康宁公司”生产的硅脂，涂沫在静、动环密封面上结合处，使电泵在运转时可同时达到密封、降温、润滑的良好效果。更新后的以上四种新颖产品，设计结构独特，可承受60米左右的水压，一举攻克了2.2KW-7.5KW潜水电泵不能在深水作业区正常运转的技术难题，大幅度降低了潜水电泵的返修率和维修费用。虽然成本有所提高，但只要用户满意，我们认为值得的。 今后，我们还将继续努力，不断改进。把更好的产品奉献给广大客户。

(a) 一九九零年设计的UU403型机械密封被授予中华人民共和国专利。专利号：90.201878.7
(b) 一九九二年杨作林工程师发表的“应用价值工程提高机械密封质量”的论文被浙江省价值工程协会授予二等奖。
(c) 一九九五年被国家注册认可的“浙江省质量体系审核中心”授予“质量体系内部审核员”的资格证书。
(d) 原所管辖的“密封总装班组”于一九九七年被国家机械工业部授予“创千厂万组无次品活动”先进班组。

coating at quiet or dynamic ring intersect to electric
pump,seal aritight,drop in temperature,lubricate).After
these four 0 riginal products have been renew,design
unique structural.So they can inherit about 60 metres
hydraulic pressure,capture 2.2KW-7.5KW water electric
pump couldn’t have done under deep water,reduce electric
pump’s remake rate and cost of maintenance.Although
improve cost,the customer can be satisfied .In future,we
will work hard than before,develop new products to
all over customer.

group”it had been awarded “No badly products of the
same occupation”.
